Our garments are engineered according to European tailored proportions. Most outerwear and knitwear pieces feature a modern, slightly relaxed silhouette. Please refer to our interactive Size Guide for detailed bust, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters.
We source 100% of our textiles directly from family-owned mills in Biella and Prato, Italy. Our cashmere is recycled and certified GOTS organic, our wool is Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified, and our poplin shirts use organic long-staple Supima cotton.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are dispatched the same day from our Florence atelier via DHL Express. Delivery to major North American, European, and Asian cities takes 2 to 3 business days.
We offer a 30-day complimentary return window. You can initiate a return or size exchange directly through our Client Concierge, and schedule a free DHL home courier pick-up.
We recommend professional dry cleaning or spot cleaning with natural wool wash. Always store cashmere garments folded in our provided organic cotton breathable garment bags with natural cedar rings to prevent moths.
